truva is a decentralized protocol built on the solana blockchain. by design, the solana blockchain is public. any on-chain actions you take, such as transfer signatures, savings circle initializations, collateral stakes, and escrow bonds, are immutable and publicly viewable on-chain. we cannot delete or modify blockchain transaction histories.

2. information we collect

to provide our services, we mirror specific profile data from privy and store it in our secure database:

identity: privy decentralized identifiers (dids), display name, and unique lowercase `@usertag`.
contact details: phone numbers or email addresses synced from privy to support payment callbacks.
financial: public solana wallet addresses and verified paystack deposit orders.

3. how we use your information

we use your information to:

enable username search autocomplete so other users can pay or transact with you via your usertag instead of public keys.
maintain your transaction activity history feed (P2P sends, deposits, escrows, and rotating circles).
verify payment callbacks from paystack on naira-to-usdc fiat-on-ramp orders.

4. data security & custody

truva is a non-custodial protocol. we never collect, store, or have access to your private keys or seed phrases. your wallet is secured directly by privy's secure enclave. you retain absolute control over your digital assets at all times.
